Terms & Services Agreement

By enrolling in classes, purchasing items from our shop, or participating in any KMDC Dance With Us program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Payment

• All class and camp registrations require full payment by the stated deadlines.

• Payment plans may be available by request and must be approved in advance.

• Missed classes are non-refundable but may be eligible for a makeup class, subject to availability.

• Payments for merchandise or dancewear from the KMDC shop are due at time of purchase.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

• All payments are non-refundable unless a program is canceled by KMDC.

• In the event of student withdrawal, refunds are not guaranteed.

• If KMDC must cancel a class, camp, or event, a makeup session or refund may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

3. Attendance and Behavior

• Regular attendance is essential for progress in class.

• Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared.

• KMDC maintains a respectful, inclusive environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a class or event without refund.

4. Studio Policies

• Proper dance attire is required for all classes.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s timely arrival and pickup.

• KMDC is not liable for lost or stolen items left on the premises.

5. Shop Terms

• All items from the KMDC Dancewear & Costume Shop are final sale unless otherwise stated.

• Sizing and availability may vary. Exchanges may be possible within 7 days for unworn items with tags attached.

6. Health and Safety

• In the event of illness, students should not attend class.

• KMDC may request a medical clearance before a student returns after a significant illness or injury.

• Emergency contacts must be provided at registration.

7. Photo and Video Release

• By registering or attending KMDC events, you consent to the use of your or your child’s photo/video for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

8. Liability Waiver

• Participation in KMDC programs is voluntary and at your own risk. KMDC is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the premises or during KMDC-related activities.
